Rent our Beautiful Tree House! We offer reduced off-season rates

This unique octagonal beach house sits at tree top level right on a quiet stretch of white sand beach 4 miles north of San Pedro; far from the tourist scene, but a short walk along the beach to wonderful restaurants, beach bars and a well stocked little grocery store. You will be living in a private home, not a resort or condo, with a chance to experience the local culture. There is a spectacular view of the waves breaking over the Meso American barrier reef. Inside are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a convertible bed in the living room, 1 bathroom, and an additional outside shower. The spacious veranda is a great place to relax and look out at the ocean or watch the many colorful birds. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing tropical fruit or fresh caught fish. You can also hire someone to come in and prepare meals for you. You will be living in a house, not a resort or a condo, with complete privacy. Our caretaker, Rubio, lives in a little casita in the back of the property if you need assistance. There are 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. Diving and fishing companies will pick you up at the dock in front of the house. You can arrange to rent a golf cart to explore the island. A great plan is to combine your stay on Ambergris Caye with a trip to the rainforest to see spectacular Mayan pyramids, birds and wildlife. We can help you arrange this.
